Leadership is an oft used concept to describe one who is of such force as to be able to deliver stunning results.  However, the bulk of the task of leadership depends on one’s capability to develop one’s people for the benefit of improving the entire organization. Leadership is not an easy task and it may well be one of the hardest tasks anyone has to undertake.  That is why, it is necessary for a leader not only to stick to the traditional confines of practicing leadership, but go for a more practical approach that bears in mind the need for humanity.
